The library serves as the repository of academic information, sources, and resources of the university. It is the venue for carrying out quality education and for enriching all parts of the educational process. The University library has collection of books, encyclopedias, journals, newspapers, gazettes and other reading materials for the students.

1. Reference/Information service 

This service consists of personal assistance provided to users (individual or group) in pursuit of information. Library personnel are available during regular library hours to assist users in their search information. 

2. Literature Search 

Library customer/user wanting to know what references or publications are available for a specific subject or topic is assisted through the literature search service by checking the indices, bibliographic guides or lists in order to find the needed information. 

3. Library Orientation/Instruction 

A library orientation is helping students feel aware with the facilities, services, location, collection, and of the library schedule. Orientation program is facilitated during start of the school year. 

Library instruction is teaching formally or informally students and other users the effective use of the library. The librarians also provide informal library orientation/instruction to groups or individuals. 

4. Technical Service 

These acquiring library materials for the library by purchase, gifts or exchange. Likewise, this involves organizing library materials or classifying and cataloging library materials for easy access and retrieval and conservation of library materials by means of binding and simple repair. 

5. Bibliographic Service 

The library provides list of books and other materials on selected areas of interest upon request of faculty members. 

6. Indexing Service 

An index is a tool that points out where certain information can be found. Important articles in periodicals are indexed. 

7. Current Awareness Services 

This is an on-going dissemination of information of newly acquired books and other library materials to the faculty and to other academic community. 

8. Document Delivery Service 

The librarian sends over immediately the requested materials or information to the faculty members concerned. 

9. Circulation Services 

These are activities of charging out the library materials to the reader, receiving it upon return, and returning it to its proper location or shelving. 

10. Photocopying Service 

A photocopying machine is accessible for reproducing articles from journals, pages of books and other printed library materials allowed for photocopying. It enhances the availability of reading materials. 

11. Encoding, Printing and Internet Services 

The library has computers and printers which can be used in the encoding, printing and surfing the internet. 

Encoding/Searching Fee: Php15.00 per hour 

Printing: 

For Dot-matrix Printer: Php2.00/page (long or short bond paper) 

For Inkjet Printer: Php5.00/page (long or short bond paper) 

12. Library Display/Exhibits 

This service makes the library users aware of the materials available in the library; advertise new books to promote their use, books are put on display for a period of time before they are circulated. This service is done in consonance with the celebration of some occasions. e.g. National Book Week.
